A Celebration of Life service for Perry Wallace was held at Vanderbilt University on Feb. 19, which would have been the pioneer’s 70th birthday. SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey and Vanderbilt Chancellor Nick Zeppos were among the speakers, and it was announced that Vanderbilt Athletic Director David Williams and his family have endowed a scholarship in Wallace’s honor.
